Data privacy, AAA partnership, setup, and how Sentinel fits your workflow

What data does Sentinel access from our PM systems?

Sentinel connects read-only to your project management systems — no write-back, no changes to your PM workflow. Access is scoped per project and limited to the signals needed for risk scoring and documentation timelines.

Is our project data used to train models for other customers?

No. Your project data is not used to train models for other customers. Scoring is calibrated to your portfolio context, and customer data stays isolated.

Can Sentinel help if a dispute is already underway?

Yes. Even mid-dispute, Sentinel can score current risk and assemble a documentation timeline from existing PM data — so legal and ops teams spend less time reconstructing the paper trail.

How long does setup take?

Most teams connect their PM system in under an hour. First portfolio scores typically appear within 24–48 hours after sync.

What is Sentinel's relationship with AAA?

Sentinel is an independent platform. AAA is an institutional partner and referral path — Sentinel detects risk and packages evidence for referral; it does not file, mediate, or arbitrate. A data protection addendum is being finalized with AAA.

Does this change how our PMs work day to day?

No. Sentinel monitors signals already in your PM systems. There is no new daily workflow and no re-entry of project data.

What happens if we cancel or want to upgrade?

You can export your scoring history at any time. Professional plans have no long-term lock-in. Enterprise agreements are typically annual, with upgrade paths as your portfolio grows.
